For our customers in the United States of America we offer two tracked services. A Standard service with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days and an Express service with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 working days.
*During sales period delivery can take up to 7-10 working days.
For Express Delivery, orders placed before 12 pm UK time will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. If an order is placed on Friday after 12 pm UK time, it will be dispatched the following Monday.
Please note that deliveries may be subjected to import VAT or customs duty.
These charges are calculated and applied by the border force control within the country of destination and are not applied by us or the courier service.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are not able to waive or reduce them. Customers are advised to check with their local border force control for more details regarding this.
Aab is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will deduct any fees incurred from the refund once the parcel has been returned to us by the courier.
Unfortunately we are not able to declare any parcels as a gift in order to avoid any charges.
